Iana Dreyer is the founder and editor of borderlex.net, the leading independent publication on trade policy in Europe.
Its editorial focus is on the European Union, the United Kingdom’s post Brexit trade policy and on key developments at the World Trade Organization.
Borderlex is an influential voice in the trade policy debate in Europe and beyond.
Iana launched Borderlex in 2014 after a ten-year career in leading European think tanks as an international trade and energy policy analyst.
Iana has also worked for the Financial Times group and trained in journalism. She graduated from the London School of Economics – where she specialised in international political economy – and Sciences Po in Paris.
In non-pandemic times, she spends most of her time between Brussels, Paris and London, where Borderlex is headquartered. She holds French and German dual citizenship and considers herself a globally-minded European.
